Summarised #Mahara #ePortfolio Implementation Timeline 2012-2014

Since  creat ing this poster  I have continued to document UC's efforts to implement ePortfolio practice, and in 2014 adoption continues unabated. This history is a record of events from the perspective of someone who is managing the implementation, and doesn't pretend to report all that has happened. As the ePortfolio community of practice grows it will become increasingly difficult to know who is doing what, and the things I note down will probably tend to be on a larger scale. I would like to think that at some point soon ePortfolio practice at UC will be self sustaining (maybe it already is) and hopefully self documenting through faculty research into practice and other reports such as adoption figures. 2012 October 2012 Met with Director Careers to share what early adopters have been doing and to promote e-Portfolio approaches. A Definition of Flipped Learning "Flipped Learning is a pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter."
